Rob Lachenauer is a seasoned professional in family business consulting, currently serving as the Managing Partner at BanyanGlobal Family Business Advisors since May 2012, focusing on effective ownership of shared family assets. Previously, Rob was the CEO of Cambridge Advisors to Family Enterprise from March 2010 to April 2012, helping family-owned businesses with governance. Prior to that, Rob held the position of Partner at The Boston Consulting Group from 1988 to 2004 in the Boston office. Rob began their career as a Brand Manager at Frito-Lay, where notable achievements included leading the launch of chili cheese Fritos. Rob holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cornell University.
