Ramón Muñoz has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Ramón began their career as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot, where they provided fast, friendly service to customers and learned about products. In 2016, they became a Supervisor at Airserv Inc, coordinating with Jetblue to organize and operate the numerous amount of wheelchair traffic in Palm Beach International Airport. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at State Farm, developing strong relationship-building, empathetic listening, and communication skills. From 2018 to 2021, they were Self-Employed as a Junior Full Stack Developer. Most recently, they have held roles at BrightArrow Technologies as a Support Engineer and Software Test Engineer, focusing on programming and performance and testing development for BrightArrow mobile application and BrightChat technologies. Ramón also works as a Customer Success Associate at Banyan Hills Technologies.

Ramón Muñoz attended the University of Central Florida from 2017 to 2018, where they completed a Coding Bootcamp in Full Stack. Prior to that, they attended Villanova University from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Mechanical Engineering.
