Danielle Menendez

National Director of Admission Approvals at Banyan Treatment Center

Danielle Menendez is a Florida native, born and raised in Miami. Danielle moved to the Martin County area in 1997. Danielle’s career began as a BHT (Behavioral Health Technician) in an all-male mental health prison. It was there that Danielle found her passion for helping people, especially those with a dual diagnosis. She decided to obtain her nursing license in order to further her education to combat the Substance Abuse epidemic. After obtaining her L.P.N., Danielle began working for a detox facility. A year later, Danielle decided to become an R.N.

Danielle began her career with Banyan in Downtown Stuart as the Director of Nursing for our Detox. She has built a dynamic nursing department with nurses from various medical backgrounds, from the ER to Mental Health specialties, in order to offer our clients the most caring and knowledgeable nursing staff possible.

Danielle plans to continue her schooling in the near future. She plans on obtaining her master’s degree in nursing and become a Nurse Practitioner.
