Michelle Parks

Michelle Parks currently serves as the Southeast Regional Executive Director at Banyan Treatment Centers since December 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle held various leadership positions, including Senior Director/ Consultant for Behavioral Health Services at Horizon Health Corporation from March 2015 to December 2022, and Chief Executive Officer at Brentwood Meadows in early 2011. Michelle's background also includes serving as a Hospital Administrator at RiverValley and Affiliates from 2005 to 2011, a Social Worker at Southwestern Indiana Mental Health in 1999-2000, and Residential Director at Clark County Youth Shelter and Family Services from 1997 to 1999. Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care Management from Western Governors University (2012-2014), a BA in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington (1990-1993), and a Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Louisville (1995-1997).
