Karina Bunten

Karina Bunten possesses extensive experience in child care and education, currently serving as a Respite Care Provider at YMCA of the USA since July 2015, where quality child care is provided to Navy families with children who have special needs. Additionally, since January 2015, Karina has been a Teacher at Banyan Tree Educational Services, designing and teaching tailored classes to support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Previous experience includes a role as a Resident Assistant at Point Loma Nazarene University from August 2012 to May 2015, focusing on student development through conflict resolution and community building. Karina also worked as a Barista at Chadlou's Coffee Lounge from May 2012 to August 2014, ensuring excellent customer service. Karina earned a degree in Child and Adolescent Development and Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2015.
