Caitlin Proctor

Caitlin Proctor has extensive experience in the Human Resources field. Caitlin began their career in 2008 as a Research Manager for SoundThinking NY. In 2009, they moved to AlixPartners as an Administrator for eDiscovery. In 2012, they joined kate spade as an Executive Assistant. In 2014, they became an Executive Assistant and Culture Manager for Alexis Bittar. In 2015, they were a Human Resources Contractor for One Kings Lane. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Casper, starting as a Human Resources Manager and eventually becoming the Senior Director of Human Resources. In 2021, they joined TroopHR as a Founding Member. Currently, they are the Vice President of People at Banza.

Caitlin Proctor attended the University of Oregon, where they earned a BA in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended Iolani School.
