Darlene Thompson has over 28 years of experience in human resources and employee development with 7 years in Healthcare. She received her BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University.

She is responsible for providing best practice guidance and consistency in employee relations, employee engagement, performance and learning management, leadership development, benefits, compensation and organizational development.
