Reanna Knoll is the current Vice President of People at Radformation. Reanna has over ten years of experience in Human Resources and has held previous positions at Raken and DealerSocket.

At Raken, they were responsible for implementing a restructure of the workforce as a result of the global pandemic in order to sustain the financial health of the company. Reanna was also a trusted adviser to key leaders and stakeholders in delivering innovative workforce planning strategies and reforming performance management. In addition, they championed the culture rebuild of core values and developed Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

At DealerSocket, they implemented numerous complex full transformation initiatives within the Sales & Marketing, R&D, and Operations Departments in collaboration with key stakeholders. As a trusted adviser to leadership, they delivered innovative workforce planning strategies to execute business initiatives. Reanna also served as the Key Point of Contact for the Canadian workforce, maintaining the employee handbook, confirming regulatory compliance, and administering PTO / vacation policy. Some of their most significant achievements in this role included being recognized for exceptional performance with a President’s Club Award, elevating the eNPS score from -18 to 3 in one year, and chairing the Employee Engagement Council which initiated the enterprise-wide Core Values Campaigns.

Reanna Knoll is an experienced Human Resources professional who has a proven track record in implementing complex full transformation initiatives, developing innovative workforce planning strategies, and championing culture change.

Reanna Knoll has a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology with an emphasis on Organizational Development & Change Management from Capella University. Reanna also has a B.A. in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology from the University of Utah.

Reanna Knoll reports to Kurt Sysock, CEO & Co-Founder. Reanna Knoll works with Alan Nelson - CSO & Co-Founder, Joe Ianni - CRO, and Elisabeth Van Wie - CBO & Co-Founder.
