Alexandra Gibson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event management, customer success, sales support, and visual merchandising. Currently serving as Manager of Events and previously as Customer Success Manager at BAO Systems since March 2023, Alexandra has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills. Prior experience includes participation in the Salesforce Career Development Program as a Salesforce Certified Administrator and various roles at Offenbachers Home Escapes, where Alexandra managed retail showrooms, coordinated logistics, and promoted brand visibility. Additionally, as the owner of All That Glitters, a retail business, Alexandra oversaw branding, marketing, and staff management, enhancing customer engagement through innovative events and merchandise selections. Education includes studies at Savannah College of Art and Design from 2009 to 2010.
