John Ugwuanya Bsc

John Ugwuanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Ahmadu Bello University, along with an Associate degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Services at Baobab Group since April 2019, John leads key managers in enhancing departmental performance and HSE management. Prior roles include Financial Controller and Acting Chief Financial Officer at Baobab Nigeria, as well as various finance positions at MicroCred and Abdulkadeer & Co. With extensive experience in financial management, compliance, and stakeholder relations, John has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
