Rolf Kreitel

Rolf Kreitel is an experienced professional in leadership development and education, currently serving as the L&D Manager at Baobab Group since January 2023, where responsibility includes designing and implementing a Management Training Program to promote an inclusive corporate culture. Prior to this role, Rolf held the position of Managing Director at ProCredit Academy Ltd from March 2006 to September 2022, overseeing the academy's management and sustainability initiatives, as well as serving as a Trainer and Coach, focusing on cultural integration and talent development. Rolf also has academic experience as a university lecturer at the University for Applied Science Würzburg, teaching business ethics within a Master's programme, and previously as a tutor at Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University Frankfurt. Additionally, Rolf worked as a freelance author for Dresdner Bank AG.
