Gabriela Cecconello Lucas has worked as a Marketing and Event Coordinator at The ERT Group from April 2013 to January 2014. Gabriela Cecconello then became a Marketing/ eCommerce Manager at Labellamafia Clothing from January 2014 to January 2016. Following that, they worked as a Marketing Director at Iorane from October 2015 to July 2018. From July 2018 to January 2022, they held the position of Director of Marketing and Communications at Istituto Marangoni. Currently, they are the Brand Director at Baotris, starting from January 2022.

After a year, in 2018, Gabriela successfully completed their MBA, solidifying their expertise in this field.
