Recruitment manager: Job description and activities Recruitment managers work with line managers within their own organisation but also with external agencies such as job centres and recruitment agencies. In addition to recruitment, staff may manage the redeployment of existing employees and, on occasions, assist with the implementation of redundancy programmes.
