Tran Thi Thu An began their work experience in 2002 as an Officer at Vietinbank (formerly known as Incombank). Tran then moved on to Mizuho Corporate Bank in 2006, where they held the position of Officer until 2008. In 2010, they joined BAOVIET Bank as the Head of Payment & Trade processing center.
Tran Thi Thu An completed their master's degree in Banking and Finance at National Economics University in Hanoi from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from Banking Academy from 1998 to 2002. In May 2020, they also received a certification in "The Practices of High-Performing Employees" from LinkedIn.
