Alex Kong has extensive work experience, starting in 2005 as a Senior Customer Service Support at Shanghai New Epoch Information Industrial Inc. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Wall Street English. Alex then joined EF Education First in 2009, where they initially served as a Sales Supervisor for five years. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Service Manager and later became a Center Manager (Sales & Operation) from 2016 to 2018.
