Benjamin Liu

Senior Technical Director & Chief Architect at Baozun eCommerce

Benjamin Liu has a diverse and extensive work experience. Benjamin started their career as a software engineer at ERRY Network Technology in 2003. During their time there, they worked on building enterprise applications for various customers and was later promoted to the position of Chief System Architect. In this role, they were responsible for developing systems and managing projects, including the creation of a document management system for J&J.

In 2009, Benjamin joined Bleum as a Senior Software Engineer. After a few months, they moved on to Baozun eCommerce Inc., where they held multiple positions. Benjamin started as the Chief System Architect, where they played a key role in setting up B2C stores and upgrading the internal SCM platform for Baozun. Later, they became the Technical Director, responsible for evolving and developing technology within the company and leading the development of the Nebula B2C brandstore product. Most recently, Benjamin served as the Senior Technical Director & Chief Architect, overseeing the overall e-commerce platform architecture, R&D, and innovation, as well as leading a task force team to optimize the IT infrastructure and e-commerce SCM platform.

Benjamin Liu began their education at Fudan University in 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics. Benjamin successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1999. Following that, Benjamin went on to further their education by pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Fudan University. Benjamin enrolled in this program in 2000 and completed it in 2003.
