Isabella Jiayun Liu

Isabella Jiayun Liu currently serves as the Head of Strategy & Business Development at Baozun eCommerce Inc., overseeing the Business Acceleration Office and leading three key teams focused on strategy, corporate business development, and client management. Prior to this role, Isabella was the Director of Business Development for Baozun Luxury Group and the E-commerce Director for Herschel Supply Company, where responsibilities included managing all eCommerce operations and digital marketing in China. Previous experience includes positions at Piaget and YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, handling e-commerce, CRM, and customer service for multiple luxury brands. Isabella began her career in public relations with an internship at the Culture Office of the Consulate General of Italy in Shanghai and holds a Bachelor's degree in Italian Language & Literature from Shanghai International Studies University.
