Dr. Paul Johnson

Dr. Paul Johnson, MIET, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Value Delivery within the Commercial Division at Bapco Energies, where responsibilities include driving operational cost efficiencies across the organization and its subsidiaries. With a diverse background in manufacturing and operations, Dr. Johnson has held leadership positions such as Director of Manufacturing at Havelock One Interiors, and Director of Operations for Manufacturing & Construction at Red Sea International Company. Prior experience also includes roles at Jaguar Land Rover as Engineering Manager and Principal Engineer, and several academic positions as a Senior Lecturer in Engineering. Dr. Johnson's educational credentials comprise a Master of Business Administration from Wrexham University, a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
