Abhijit Kadam

Abhijit Kadam holds extensive experience in IT leadership and project management, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Applications and Programme Delivery at Baptcare since September 2017. In this role, Abhijit oversees a portfolio of programs and projects, alongside operational aspects of the Applications team, and has also acted as the Chief Information Officer. Previous experience includes program management at Jetstar Airways, project management at Victoria State Emergency Service, and various roles in BI delivery, consulting, and reporting across multiple organizations. Abhijit holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
