Geraldine Lannon

Geraldine joined Baptcare as CEO in September 2022. Geraldine has been a Director of Nursing in Rockingham, and has subsequently held multiple Executive Director positions across metropolitan and rural Western Australia. Geraldine holds clinical, management and governance qualifications including a Master of Business Administration. Geraldine has received a Western Australian Health Award for Effectiveness Through Clinical Engagement and has also been a finalist in the Telstra Women’s Business Awards. Geraldine is committed to empowering staff to design workflows that support client services and embed the WE CARE values across all of the organisation.
