Malini Rao

Malini Rao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and delivery leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Baptcare since July 2022, Malini focuses on program management and metrics reporting. Previously, Malini held various senior roles at NAB from December 2014 to June 2022, including Senior Consultant for Delivery Operations and Technology Lead for nabtrade Digital Channels, where key achievements included leading mobile app delivery and enhancing operational processes.
