Penny Lovett

Penny is currently Executive General Manager, People and Culture at InvoCare. Penny has more than 20 years’ experience in executive roles, having performed Human Resource Director roles in the ASX, not-for-profit, health, insurance, and aged care sectors. Penny has been a leader in managing the ecosystems of organisations, and leadership of People and Culture and Transformation, as well as serving on boards for over 10 years.
