Shawna Sanclemente

Shawna Sanclemente is a Software Systems Engineer and registered nurse with over 26 years of experience in critical care and specialty procedural areas. Currently employed as a System Programmer at Baptist Health Care since October 2016, Shawna focuses on device and application optimization within a large healthcare enterprise, which includes three acute care locations and four urgent care centers, benefiting from a significant investment in upgrades. Prior experiences include working as an RN in Cath/EP Lab at Fusion Medical Staffing and providing critical care services in various specialties. Shawna has a Bachelor’s degree in Software Systems Engineering from Colorado Technical University and an AI in Healthcare certification from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
