Dan Staifer

Dan Staifer is director of Human Resources for Baptist Clay and Baptist Health’s satellite emergency departments, which include Baptist North, Baptist Town Center and Baptist Oakleaf.

A human resources executive with more than 25 years of experience, Staifer’s areas of expertise include human resources leadership, employee relations, labor relations, recruitment, employee retention, organizational development and culture change.

Previously, Staifer served as the human resources director for UF Health Jacksonville. There he was responsible directing human resources operations in a multi-site academic medical center with more than 4,300 employees.

Staifer earned his bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Toldeo. His professional affiliations include the Society of Human Resources Management and the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration.
