Rubi Orbe

Rubi Orbe currently serves as the Director of HR Operations at Baptist Health, overseeing HR services and solutions for six hospitals and various campuses, with a focus on enhancing team member experiences. As the founder of Orbe Group Global Network, Rubi promotes the integration of international talent into the U.S. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Campbell's, where transformational initiatives were implemented to improve labor management, and as Human Resources Director at JBS USA, leading a diverse workforce and managing talent development and efficiency strategies. Rubi holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
