Theindia Hall

Theindia Hall has extensive experience in the healthcare and finance sectors, currently serving in multiple roles at Florida Blue since July 2002, including Data Analyst, Provider Network Data Associate, Team Lead for the Appeals and Disputes Department, and Lead Appeals Coordinator. In these positions, Theindia Hall demonstrates strong leadership as a Team Leader for Member and Provider Appeal processes and operates as a Subject Matter Expert within the Appeals department, utilizing analytical problem-solving skills to ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and other regulations. Additionally, Theindia Hall has been employed as a Patient Access Representative at Baptist Health since October 2016. Academically, Theindia Hall holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Business Administration with a minor in Public Health from the University of North Florida and Bachelor's and Associate Degrees from Florida State College at Jacksonville, along with a high school diploma from Terry Parker High School.
