Jennifer Walls Payton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and legal counsel. Currently serving as the Regulatory Compliance Manager at Baptist Health since January 2009, Jennifer has held various compliance positions within the organization, including Senior Compliance Auditor and Compliance Auditor. Prior experience includes serving as the Corporate Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel at Stuttgart Regional Medical Center, where responsibilities encompassed managing patient satisfaction, quality, and risk management operations, as well as implementing contract and document management strategies. Jennifer began their career as a Law Clerk at Ringer and Broome, Attorneys at Law. Academically, Jennifer earned a Juris Doctor from the Mississippi College School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Art from Lyon College.
