Joni Stephenson, MBA, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources at Baptist Health, where responsibilities include developing processes for talent acquisition and retention within the largest healthcare system in Arkansas. Prior roles at Baptist Health include Corporate Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager, as well as an HR Specialist, during which Joni processed applications, interviewed candidates, and improved hiring efficiencies through Six Sigma methodologies. Additional experience includes a role as Sales Associate at Athleta, where responsibilities encompassed customer assistance, merchandising, and retail management. Joni holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Arkansas State University.
