Christine Johnson

Christine Johnson, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Baptist Health Care. Christine also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Jacksonville University and leads their consulting firm, Christine Gray Johnson Consulting. Previous positions include System Vice President of Human Resources at Baptist Health and various HR leadership roles at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville and Wolfson Children’s Hospital. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Jacksonville University and has been actively involved in the field of education since 2000.
