Keitha Francis

Keitha Francis, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at The ONE Group since December 2010, Keitha has also held positions as Director of Human Resources and Human Resource Generalist within the same organization. Previous experience includes serving as Office Operations Supervisor at the US Department of Commerce, US Census Bureau, and as Human Resource Specialist at Quorum Federal Credit Union. Keitha holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management and Human Resource Development from Manhattanville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Resources from Penn State University.
