Lori Gurule-Rat

Lori Gurule-Rat is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Baptist Health Care since July 2021. In these roles, Lori contributes to operational effectiveness and offers strategic HR consultation to leadership. Previous experience includes managing medical and health management at The Home Depot, providing career consulting at Right Management, and serving as HR Business Leader at Cox Enterprises, where Lori oversaw talent acquisition and team development. Additionally, Lori held various HR roles at Cox Communications and was a Walter Kaitz Foundation Fellow, promoting diversity within the cable industry. Lori holds a Master of Arts in Education from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of North Dakota.
