David Cross

David Cross has extensive experience in pastoral care and counseling, currently serving as the Director of the Pastoral Care Department at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas since January 1982. Prior to this role, David worked at the Waco Baptist Association from December 1979 to January 1982 at the Pastoral Counseling Center of Central Texas. Early career experience includes a position at Travelers in the Southcentral Regional Office from June 1971 to May 1975. David holds a Master of Divinity in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1975-1978) and a Certificate in Pastoral Counseling from Brite Divinity School (1977-1978).
