Kathy Degenstein-Gartman MSN RN CENP HACP currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas since October 2020, following previous CNO roles at Abilene Regional Medical Center, Medical Center of South Arkansas, and Big Bend Regional Medical Center. Kathy's extensive nursing leadership career includes positions such as ICU CATH LAB NURSE and Med-Surg Director.
