Prior to this role, Cindy held positions as a Project Manager for Physician Compliance from March 2014 to February 2020, and as a Senior Physician Contract Consultant from February 2011 to March 2014, all within the same organization. Cindy's tenure at Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation began in January 1997, where responsibilities included roles as Physician Developer and Contract Specialist until February 2011. Cindy holds a Master of Health Administration degree from The University of Memphis, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, earned from the same institution in 2003.
