Theresa Veazey

Theresa Veazey, EFDA, CHC, currently serves as the Senior Director of Compliance and Quality Assurance at Sage Dental, a position held since November 2019, having progressed through various roles, including Director of Healthcare Privacy & Quality Assurance and Director of Patient Quality Assurance. Prior to Sage Dental, Theresa held the title of Patient Quality Assurance Manager at DentalOne Partners Inc. and Coast Dental, where effective team management and quality assurance initiatives were demonstrated. Earlier career experiences include positions at Brandon Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as Assistant Office Manager and Implant Coordinator, and Dr. Theodore J. Grellner P.A. as Office Manager, focusing on operational management, scheduling, and financial reporting. Theresa holds a degree in Expanded Functions Dental Assisting from Harcum College and further education from the University of South Florida.
