Cindy Seal

Cindy Seal currently serves as the System Director of Ambulatory Services at Baptist Memorial Health Care since September 2021. With extensive experience in healthcare management, Cindy has held various roles including Healthcare Consultant and Project Manager from June 2018 to September 2021, focusing on outpatient surgery centers and dental facilities. Past positions include Administrator for Advanced Surgical Care, where operational and financial oversight was provided for a new ambulatory surgery center, and for Mississippi Surgical Center, managing performance at a multi-specialty facility. Previous roles also include Director of Operations for Alliance Oncology, overseeing multiple centers, and Director of Professional Relations at American Dental Partners, where significant recruitment strategies were developed. Cindy began her career managing operations at Reston Dental Arts Center. Cindy earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing from George Mason University.
