Victor Cabral Fonseca

Victor Cabral Fonseca currently serves as the VP of Innovation and Digital Transformation at Baptista Luz Advogados, leading complex innovation projects that integrate Legal Operations and Innovation for Legal Services Delivery. In addition, Victor is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Law undergraduate programs at Mackenzie Presbyterian University. Victor was a member of the Founders Committee for CLOC Brasil and previously held the position of Vice President at TozziniFreire Advogados, where Victor established "ThinkFuture," Brazil's first innovation and legal operations program. Victor's background also includes teaching at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and conducting research at FGV. Victor holds a Master of Laws in Law and Development from FGV and a Bachelor of Laws from USP.
