Liz joined BaptistCare in 2022. She has over 15 years of experience leading People and Culture teams in sectors under constant change and pressure. Coming from Southern Cross Care, Liz has also worked with SummitCare, the CSL Group, and Australian Geographic. She is passionate about finding new ways to evolve the employee experience and inspire the performance and engagement of all parts of the team.
