Melinda Cartwright

Melinda Cartwright is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the General Manager of People Culture and Quality at The Bridge Inc since April 2023. Prior to this role, Melinda worked as a Learning and Development Consultant for Whitehorse City Council and held various positions at Knox City Council, including P&C Partnerships Lead and Senior Human Resource Business Partner. Melinda's career includes a significant tenure at Monash Health as a Human Resource Business Partner, experience as a Writer at Select Resumes, and roles in academia as a TAFE Teacher and Human Resources Consultant at Swinburne University of Technology. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resource Adviser at both the University of Melbourne and National Australia Bank.
