Ashley Vincent

Ashley Vincent currently serves as the Head of Research & Partnerships at BaptistCare, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Ashley held the role of Mental Health Operations Manager at Baptcare from January 2020 to August 2025. Ashley's extensive experience at the National Disability Insurance Agency spanned nearly seven years and included various positions such as Assistant Director for Strategy and Complex Support Needs Branch, and Assistant Director for Internal Communications and Engagement. Prior roles at the Department of Human Services involved managing quality assurance for Children, Youth and Families programs, leading teams in child protection, and coordinating policy implementation. Additionally, Ashley contributed to mental health research as a Research Worker at the Scottish Development Centre for Mental Health. Educational qualifications include a Specialist Certificate in Health and Human Services from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Charles Sturt University, among other degrees in related fields.
