Kathleen Sands

Kathleen Sands possesses extensive experience in research and development within the consumer goods sector, particularly at Procter & Gamble from February 2003 to July 2020. In the role of Research & Development Director, Kathleen specialized in LEAN innovation, new product development, chemistry innovation, and consumer insights. Previous roles included R&D Section Head, where responsibilities included innovation management and quality assurance, and R&D Senior Engineer, responsible for product upgrade initiatives in manufacturing. Early career experience includes a co-op position at Atofina (Elf Atochem) and earning a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, complemented by a foundational education at McAuley High School.
