Heather Chapman

Heather Chapman has extensive experience in the field of community services and nursing, currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager for Home Services North at Baptist Community Services - NSW & ACT since November 2011. In this role, Heather oversees home services and center-based day care across Sydney and Northern NSW. Prior to this position, Heather held similar managerial responsibilities for home services within the Sydney region at BaptistCare NSW & ACT, starting in September 2011. With a career spanning over 30 years, Heather has previously worked with various organizations, including RSL Life Care, Australian Unity, and the Benevolent Society, specializing in community nursing and services. Heather holds a degree in Registered Nursing and a Master's degree in Health Services Management from Grammar School UK.
