Kate Mole

Kate Mole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, consulting, and advisory roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Home Services at BaptistCare NSW & ACT since November 2022, Kate previously held positions as a Business Connect NDIS Business Advisor at The Business Centre Newcastle from October 2019 to October 2022 and as a Mentor & Consultant at Grow People Mentoring and Consulting from January 2016 to October 2022. Additionally, Kate contributed to organizational development as the People and Culture Manager at Hope Unlimited Church between January 2015 and October 2022 and practiced as a Speech Language Pathologist at Nouvita Allied Health from September 2019 to May 2021. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Newcastle obtained between 1996 and 1999.
