Adriene McCoy

ADRIENE McCoy serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Baptist Health since July 2007, contributing significant expertise in HR leadership. Additionally, ADRIENE McCoy holds the position of Chair on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Leadership at FIU and serves as Vice Chair on the Board of the YWCA South Florida and the Sundari Foundation/Lotus House Women’s Shelter. Recent involvement includes being a Board Member for the Urban League of Broward County. Previous experience includes roles such as Regional Employee Relations Director and Human Resources Director at Tenet Healthcare and HR Manager/Assistant Administrator at Villa Biscaya/Williamsburg Assisted Living. ADRIENE McCoy earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Barry University.
