Joe Natoli

Joe Natoli is an accomplished executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Baptist Health South Florida, the region's largest healthcare organization. With a career spanning over four decades, Natoli previously held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Business and Finance and Chief Financial Officer at the University of Miami, as well as Interim Chief Operating Officer of the University of Miami Health System. Earlier experience includes positions as Chairman and Publisher for The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News, President and Publisher of The Mercury News, and President of the Miami Herald. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and executive education programs at Harvard Business School.
