Cheri Glass, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and employee experience. Cheri currently holds the title of VP Employee Experience at Baptist Health System KY & IN, where Cheri also serves as the VP of Human Resources. In the past, Cheri has held leadership roles at companies like Signature Healthcare, BB&T Insurance Services, Fetter Printing Company, and American Automobile Association of Kentucky. With a Bachelor of Science in Business - Personnel & Industrial Relations from the University of Louisville, Cheri has a strong background in developing HR policies, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
