Janet Norton

Janet Norton is currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer, Vice President & Corporate Secretary at Baptist Healthcare System, where Janet provides legal counsel and support for the Baptist Health Board of Directors and 30 affiliated corporations. Prior to this role, Janet worked at Humana as General Counsel and Senior Counsel, focusing on legal matters related to health insurance companies and HMOs in multiple states. With their experience as a Staff Attorney at the Kentucky Court of Appeals, Janet has a strong background in research and legal advice. Janet holds a JD from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in American Social, Economics, and Political Institutions from the University of Kentucky.
