Erica Merrithew

Erica Merrithew has a strong background in the banking industry. Erica started their career at Androscoggin Bank in 2006, where they worked in Online Banking/Customer Service for six years. Erica then moved up to become a Client Technologies & Experience Specialist, taking on responsibilities such as investigating new products, coordinating client transitions, and conducting internal training. In 2012, Erica became the AVP Treasury Services Support Supervisor, overseeing a support team and managing client servicing and implementation. During this time, they also participated in the Bank's ACE program for implementing a Client Satisfaction Survey. In 2019, Erica joined Kennebec Savings Bank as a Cash Management Administrator before eventually joining Bar Harbor Bank & Trust as a Senior Treasury Support Specialist in 2023.

Erica Merrithew earned an Associates of Arts degree from Northland Community and Technical College from 1998 to 2000. Erica further pursued their education at the University of Maine at Augusta from 2012 to 2020, where they completed their degree in Business Management.
