Lili Hayes has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Lili is currently working as the Chief Compliance Officer at Bar Harbor Bank & Trust since December 2022. Prior to this, Lili held various roles at Santander Bank, N.A. from 2010 to 2022, including Senior Director Compliance, Commercial Compliance Director III, Risk Director, Director Retail Quality Assurance, Monitoring and Testing, Risk Oversight Officer, and VP Internal Audit.
