Edo Birati

Edo Birati currently serves as the Associate Dean of Clinical Research at Bar-Ilan University’s Azrieli Faculty of Medicine and holds the position of Chief of the Kittner-Davidai Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Tzafon (Poriya) Medical Center. With extensive experience at the University of Pennsylvania since July 2015, Edo Birati is a Medical Director for the Mechanical Circulatory Support Program, a faculty member at Penn's CAVOQER Center, and a Heart Failure and Transplantation Cardiologist. Prior roles include an advanced heart failure and transplantation fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a cardiologist position at Tel Aviv Medical Center. Edo Birati earned a Medical Doctor degree from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2003.
